Overview
You are able to cancel your order at any time. If the order is canceled prior to the shipment of the order, you are eligible for a full refund. Upon delivery of the order, our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If the 15 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or refund after the delivery of your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund within 5-7 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If the refund is still not reflected, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Sale items
Sale items are not refundable or returnable. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our end. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All shipping claims must be reported within 24 hours. If you report “non-receipt” of merchandise after the 24-hour window, we may not be able to file a shipping claim on your behalf. Shipping returns
If you are returning the item for an exchange due to a defect, then a return label is issued to you within 1-3 business days of a return request and expires after 10 days. Once your item/s show in transit on the provided return information, your rental payments will be paused until your return is complete. To finalize the return, your item(s) will be inspected and must include all original parts and be in good, resaleable condition. If the item/s do not show in return transit, rental payments will continue to be processed as scheduled.
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to a defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping a record of your tracking number. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
