Our lease options are flexible – pick the most convenient, economical, or savings-oriented plan. There’s no need for upfront decision-making; choose as you go. Lease-to-own means that you will make recurring lease payments for the use of the product(s) you have selected until the terms of the purchase are satisfied. There is no long-term obligation to continue leasing, and you can return the product to Katapult at any time, with no further obligation other than for amounts already incurred. In addition, there are several options to acquire ownership of the product being leased. A Katapult lease offers flexibility that may make it more attractive than financing. At the end of your recurring lease cycle, you can choose to continue your lease with more recurring payments, purchase your product(s), or return your product(s) (normal wear-and-tear is accepted).

Katapult’s lease purchase agreements are available in lengths of 12 or 18 months. For lease amounts less than $2000, a 12 month lease will be offered. An 18 month lease term will be available when the amount leased is $2,001.01- $3,500. Offers may vary by state regulation, amount of the purchase or other factors. These terms are subject to change, check the manual regularly for changes and updates.

A pre-approval is good for 30 days. During these 30 days, we’ll remind you to come back and shop. If for any reason you don’t use the pre-approval, you’re welcome to reapply again in the future.

No, Katapult does not charge late fees to customers, ever!

Katapult is a no credit required payment option and does not pull or impact FICO scores. 

You can elect to pay off your product early. Katapult offers a 90-day early purchase option which allows you to pay off your lease within 90 days for only the cash price plus 5% and any applicable tax. The first payment will not be credited to the early payoff amount of the product, unless legally mandated. If you do not buy out the lease within the 90-day early purchase option window, you will continue making recurring payments according to your lease term. You always have the option to buy out the item in subsequent months at the price referenced in the early purchase option schedule contained in the lease agreement.

We will send you a tracking link once the order has been placed. If you have an account and placed your order while logged into your account, you are also able to track your order there.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

• Limits on available quantities
• The item is out of stock
• Price or other listing errors
• Unavailable carrier or shipping method
• Using an older browser or app version which is no longer supported

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

We provide shipping for all orders over $300.00 that are placed via Katapult. Anything below $300.00 will be subjected to shipping charges.

Orders to remote or less populous locations outside of our standard service area in North America are subject to additional shipping fees.

Currently, we are only delivering to the United States. We deliver to the lower 48 states (all states except Hawaii, Alaska, and all other offshore insular areas, such as the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) if you are paying via traditional payment methods (i.e., debit card, credit card). If you are financing through Katapult, we will deliver to the lower 48 states in the United States except for the following: Minnesota (MN), New Jersey (NJ), Wisconsin (WI), and Wyoming (WY).

Please contact us immediately if you would like to change the delivery address. If the order has not been processed or shipped, you may proceed to cancel your order and reorder to the correct address.
